WHAT IS LIFECHANGERZ?
In 1989, we formed - Johnson's Group Home a licensed and California funded non-profit organization dedicated to serving homeless juveniles and teenagers. We provide housing, food, job training and counseling. Our 24 hour facilities are staffed with professional caring individuals dedicated to our cause.

Our programs success was measured based on helping many troubled youth turn not only their lives around but their thought process changed as well. They left our facilities with a "can do" mentality, a sense of belonging, and a new attitude towards themselves and their community. They were no longer victims of their circumstances but productive responsible members of the community.
As our youth programs were flourishing we noticed another crisis on the rise that could not be ignored, homelessness among seniors and the mentally disabled. Where were the facilities dedicated to serving this population? We were again called into action.

In 2000, we began building ADA (American Disability Act) compliant homes, remodeling homes and flipping properties. We employed the youth and gang members of our community to assist in the building, remodeling and flipping of properties. They were learning viable life skills and earning livable wage. This collaboration had a positive impact on the participants, on the homeless crisis, and the community at large. It was the ultimate Win-Win!

Just as things were going well the foreclosure crisis of 2008 hit, and it hit hard! It negatively impacted everyone and we were not excluded. We needed to make some changes and make them fast. With the remaining inventory of homes we decided to turn them into residential facilities for the homeless and developmentally disabled seniors. It was the right decision at the right time; another Win-Win success story!

In recent, we have teamed up with other like minded individuals with non-profit organizations and LLC's to build and help on a BIGGER scale. Our collective goals are to make a significant impact on lowering the homeless crisis by housing thousands of homeless individuals, seniors and the disabled to live safer, productive, and fulfilling lives!
